What is Most Alive Within You?

Many of us have been brought up in a culture of business that is driven by the upside down view that success is only about money. Traditional business models ask, "what is needed (often from fear or desperation) and how can you fill that need?"

While often a valid entry point into innovative and valuable business opportunities, this question alone denies us the once ina lifetime chance to be motivated and fed by the deeper motivation we all have to serve from soul vs. simply solutions.

One of my favorite people of all time, Howard Thurman, once said, "Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. What the world needs is people who have come alive.”

As I think of my own life, I am certain, more than ever, that this is the question we should all be asking ourselves.

I often wonder, what if I listened to all of those "business experts" who told me that sharing my spiritual nature would ruin my career? What if I listened to the voice within me that was afraid of stepping out into my most authentic expression? What if? 

Yesterday, I felt a rush of gratitude for not listening to those voices. And, here is why. Listen to these amazing souls who have graced me with their time and energy over the last 14 weeks.

Good 'ole Howard shared that little piece of wisdom too. I thoroughly believe that we, as a human race, are facing an incredible opportunity to shift the trajectory of our lives. Shifting consciousness and prosperity on the planet is fully dependent on each of us feeling alive in ourselves and through the service we provide to one another.

This is why I feel so good - and so strongly - about the value of the Thriving Soul Based Business Program and why I am teaching it one more time this year.
