Day 18: ILLUSIONS

Today's Affirmation from the Power of Our Way, A Path to a Collective Consciousness, by Anita Pathik Law:

I release all of my illusions of control, defeat, hopelessness, and fear.

Conscious Action: Pay attention to any time today when you find yourself beginning to say "I can't...I have to...I need to..."

Replace the words can't, have, need, should, etc. with the words CHOOSE, DESIRE, and/or LOVE.

This simple exercise will help you tell the truth and move you away from any illusionary thinking.
