( Oct 17 is also The International Day for the Eradication of Poverty is celebrated every year on October 17 throughout the world. It was officially recognised by the United Nations in 1992, but the first commemoration of the event took place in Paris, France in 1987. 100,000 people gathered on the Plaze of Human Rights and Liberties at the Trocadéro to honour victims of poverty, hunger, violence and fear.

No matter what time zone you are in the hours are approximately
10:17am on the 17th of October to 1:17am on the 18th of October.

The peak time will be 17:10 (5:10pm) on the 17th October.
O horario de pico sera 5:10pm do dia 17out.

You do not need to be in a meditative state through out this time,
