I'd be lying if I said I was unaffected by so much of what has been going on in the world lately. I'd be lying if I said I was immune to negativity, fear, and anger.

Every day, I engage in my spiritual practice to do my part to remain a "hollow bone," and cultivate, through committed efforts (not just intentions), a consciousness that is more prone to faith than fear, and fosters a deeper tendency to hope than to doubt.

I believe in the power of our minds in a way that has been life changing. This weekend, my husband (and songwriting/co-creative partner) Brent and I had a profound experience that sealed the deal on our faith in the mysterious forces that are available to us when we ask, open, receive, and most importantly, DEMONSTRATE.

We are entertaining some very big questions about our future work in the world.
