Well, maybe I should read the instruction manual first, but what the heck, I'm going for it! After much advice and a little resistance, I am finally beginning a blog for Power of Our Way. My poor editor is going to have a COW! As a stream of consciousness writer, meaning one who is suddenly moved to write, often without a plan, and as Donna Mills, my wonderfully patient editor has pointed out, one who doesn't pay strict attention to grammar and sentence structure, some days I think I will give her an aneurysm. Instead, I write like I am thinking or talking. And, I am spontaneous. Drives her craaaaaazy! She will ask me, "When do you want it back?" "Well, I'd like it to go out tomorrow!" I can only imagine what goes through her head. So, major disclaimer...No editor has touched this blog! Read at your own risk!
For me, writing is therapeutic. Plus, since I often view the world and all of it's happenings in metaphysical terms, there is always a story behind the story. For now, as we prepare for the January 11th, international release of the NEW Power of Our Way, A Path to a Collective Consciousness, this blog may serve as the primary outlet for my nervous energy. So much is happening over the next few weeks, I can hardly contain my excitement.
Some changes on the website might make some people curious. For one, we now have a new members only section at www.powerofmyway.com. It is completely free and loaded with eBooks, articles, music, mediation movies, and audio programs. Just visit free resources and sign up to receive the username and password!
What's most exciting? Dr. Joe Vitale, author of the #1 Bestseller, The Attractor Factor, has written the foreword for The Power of Our Way. If you want a sneak preview, you can actually listen to it by clicking here! I am incredibly honored by his words and spirit, and love the fact that many of our pilot readers also read the awesome Attractor Factor book and are on their way to attracting the Power of Their Way!
The Power of My Way movie is being launched on January 11th, ultimately, to over 270,000 people! As we get closer, I'll post the URL! Our vision is that it will reach millions around the world, spreading the message that underlies all of our work...and what the great Mahatma Gandhi shared in the following quote:
"You must be the change you wish to see in the world"
And, finally, a bit of synchronicity, prior to leaving for Europe, prosperity expert and author, Paula Langguth Ryan and I set up a date for her to interview me about the book. Turns out that the date selected has ended up being the same day of the release. Join us by registering here and be the first to hear the story behind the Power of Our Way. We will also cover the 5 steps to discovering your authenticity, passion, and purpose, and uncover the top 3 obstacles for truly living the Power of YOUR Way!
As I close my first ever blog posting, I want to take a moment to express my BIG gratitude to my team. Without them, the book would never have been completed, several communities of readers would never have been formed, and the 11th of January would simply pass as another ordinary day. I am struck by the countless e-mails from people who are actively choosing a new existence, writing a new story, and embracing he Power of their WAY! The enormity of joining the collective consciousness in our own small, yet powerfully positive way moves me to tears. So, big gratitude for Brent, Carol, Dave, Brent, Kelly, Donna, Bob, Peggy, Holly, Helen, Jean, Ann, Karen, Nancie, Les, Pamela, Jenn, and all of our early guinea pigs for your belief, commitment, and involvement in the vision.
I also want to thank
my father, Magan Kumar Pathik, who left this incarnation much too early, yet, a writer and philosopher himself, must of planted some pretty incredible seeds. Here he is in traditional garb, blessing us all. My husband found this photo yesterday as he was preparing some awesome holiday DVDs for the family. Hope we are making you proud!
All my best in Love, Life, Business, and Relationships, Anita
